Easing Constipation

Supplements that have been found to ease Constipation, which can occur from diet or from treatments such as Chemotherapy and Radiation.

This Calcium Magnesium supplement is marketed as an anti-stress drink, which restores healthy levels of Magnesium to the body. Magnesium not only eases constipation, but can also calm muscle cramping, and is often suggested for use commonly by many midwives to pregnant mothers experiencing muscle cramping and constipation.

Magnesium Oxide

This supplement goes very well with cleanses as it assists with elimination of toxins from the colon. You will want to ease into the suggested dosage on this one. I actually used this (one pill per day) mixed with a little yogurt (or monkey poop as my son calls it...) to cure his chronic witholding. He no longer experienced the issue after about 3 months. Now we only use one when we must for constipation.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Of course ACV is not usually marketed for this, but it does create a beautiful regularity when taken on a regular basis. Just another benefit of ACV . ACV is also amazing for weight loss, heartburn and indigaestion, killing colds and bacteria, skin sunburns, killing weeds in your garden,and many many other things.

Senna TABLETS OR TEA......

Go easy on this one, as one cup, although it may take a few hours to kick in, will do the trick.

Peppermint Oil

This oil is contraindicated in some conditions, so make sure to do your research, but for adults, one drop on the tummy can help with constipation, as well as nausea. Do not use in pregnancy.

Also, here I'd like to reference Louise Hay's book Heal Your Body, which tells us the energetic reference for ailments in the body. The body will tell us what is going on in many ways.

We just need pay attention. We need to bring AWARENESS to the table.
