How to Strengthen the Immune System

We've heard a lot in 2020 about "masking up to protect our neighbors." There is much fear mongering, guilt and shame being passed around under the guise of protecting our neighbors. However, not much is being said about what we can do to keep ourselves on the vibrant side of health, no matter what pathogen threats are out there. Remember to consult with your physician before changing your diet and exercise routine if you have issues with your health. One of the positive things you can do in the current situation, and at any time, is to strengthen your immune system. This will allow biology to do what biology does best, to protect your life and humanity as a whole as a living species. Here, let's quickly visit a few things that can be done to strengthen the immune system.

Clean Diet The less energy that your body has to spend on cleaning itself out and fighting the damages of elevated Insulin response, the quicker your body can utilize that energy to heal and rid itself of external pathogens. It is the most simple concept, and yet we often spend so much time contemplating it, that we end up in paralyzing analysis. What do we do when we get sick? We turn to nutritious proteins and collagen such as those found in meat soups. Broths and meats are nutrient based, hydrating, and supportive of healing of all tissues of the body. Why don't we just consume them and hydrate well, allowing nature to keep us in our optimal physical state? Don't get me wrong, This girl loves to party. (...and by party of course I mean toss a few Moscatos back, get sloppy tired in the recliner and fall out with a headache...) However, I will 100% attest to the fact that when nutritional intake is mostly carnivorous and clean, energetic output is so much more noticeably vibrant and pure.

Exercise Move. Your. @$$. You heard me. Exercise is SO IMPORTANT. I don't care if that means you are used to sitting on the couch and today you walked to the mailbox 3 times. That's AWESOME!! Tomorrow plan to do it 4. MOVE. There are so many reasons why, and you already know all of them. Regular, moderate exercise has been studied and proven to assist in increased immune system functionality. All of humanity has had to move in order to survive. If you want your body to be in optimal response mode, you would need to make sure to introduce stressors in moderation.

Breathwork Wim Hof breathwork is quick and easy and is a great tool to enhance the immune system. You can find the exercise here. It makes you feel amazing after completed.

Not much more to be said there. The experience will be all the explanation you need. Consistency is key with all of these aspects. Supplementation There are quite a few supplements on the market now that have amazing Immune boosting properties. These are the ones I have personally chosen to use with my family. Please be sure to check all recommended dosages, and check with your healthcare provider if you are on medications or have any medical conditions. I believe it is not only empowering to do your own research, but training yourself into new habits, such as the daily seeking of new information in your experience, leads you to be consistently transforming and growing in other areas as well. N-acetylcysteine This article takes a look at effectiveness in treating COVID-19, however, our purpose is an overall tonification of the immune system. Let's discuss the purpose of N-acetylcysteine as a pre-cursur to Glutothione. NAC is what is needed by the body to make, and also to replenish depleted Glutothione. Zinc According to Medical Journals, "Zinc affects multiple aspects of the immune system ... The ability of zinc to function as an anti-oxidant and stabilize membranes suggests that it has a role in the prevention of free radical-induced injury during inflammatory processes."

D3 & K2 These should always be taken together, as the two interplay for additional benefits. The main reasons for taking them together, though are the "positive effects on immune function and anticancer activity."

You'll notice that all of the links that I have provided to these products are for liquid vitamins. I am partial to these as I have experienced some tremendous digestion issues, and find great benefit from liquids. They seem to digest better in my experience, showing the benefits quicker.

Coffee Enemas Hope I didn't lose you on this one. Spend a little time with interest in this one if you care to, because when you do look further into this, you will see that this practice is very old and extremely beneficial for your liver and colon cleansing. Vibration, Hypnosis, and Meditation Ok, NOW I'm going to get a little more woo woo on you. EVERYTHING has a vibration. You... that which you are attracting (to which you are matching vibration,) and even your immune system. When you are down and feel like you need rest, like you are "sick and tired," when you allow your soul to be a tenant to the body of fear, you attract dissonance. You attract that to which your inner being, or soul, is not a match. This is what creates dissonance and static. The feeling of sickness. We must remember... All is well. Poor diet, lack of quality sleep and exercise, toxins, and stress can bring negative effect on our immunity and our health in general actually.  We certainly want to be sure that we are doing all within our power to support immunity.
