Migraine Madness

I have had 3 friends in the past 2 weeks mention Migraines,

so I thought more may benefit from this post. Statistically speaking, Migraines affect 4 in 10 Women, and 1 in 15 Men. Some of the more common causes (or so we think) are stress, dehydration, eye strain, alcohol, certain scents, PMS, food allergies, changes in the weather, and a myriad of other options. But we don't really care what caused it when it comes on. We just want to make it stop. However, may I reiterate the importance of root cause exploration? But did you know, from an emotional aspect, according to Louise Hay's Heal Your Body, they can be due to fears and resistance?

Also from an energetic aspect they can be due to stagnant energy in the head. Holding thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you. That are hurting you, and holding you back. *******************************

1. PROBLEM: Headaches

PROBABLE CAUSE: Invalidating the self. Self-criticism. Fear.

NEW THOUGHT PATTERN: I love and approve of myself. I see myself and what I do with eyes of love. I am safe.

2. PROBLEM: Migraine Headaches

PROBABLE CAUSE: Dislike of being driven. Resisting the flow of life. Sexual fears. (Can usually be relieved by masturbation.) NEW THOUGHT PATTERN: I relax into the flow of life and let life provide all that I need easily and comfortably. Life is for me.

Hay, Louise L.. Heal Your Body . Hay House, Inc. - A. Kindle Edition. ******************************************* Either way you choose to see it, I have been relying on oils for years to remedy Migraines and have found a great recipe to use to ease the tension. When you ease the suffering you can then focus on clarification and awareness.

I like to place 10 drops of each oil on a rag and then sniff the oils until the tension releases.

There are Blends that you can buy, but I have yet to find one that has these combined to my preference as this recipe seems to work quite quickly. The Nutrition Smart Blend was the closest I have ever gotten.

Anywhoo here are those 4 magical oils: Helichrysum Lavender Basil Peppermint

Also let's just throw in another approach here: Cupping is like massage in reverse. It sucks up pressure instead of applying it... so If you might consider, you can grab a set of Cups from Amazon and place them on GB 21 (this is a Meridian Point known to ease Migraines. ) (Photo from https://www.bigtreehealing.com/wonders-gallbladder-21/ )

Combine these approaches and you could be feeling at ease in little time!!!

Feel Better friends. That was the intention all along.
